Data Migration datasheets are almost complete for the entire membership. Each library will be visiting with Jane to review. After we have resolved each individual data migration worksheet, we will compile a master list. The Technical Committee will review the compilation and decide if we will have common terms for the entire consortium.
We are still on target to go live in April with the last libraries going live by mid-May. The go-live date may be impacted by the LCL development project but it should be ready on time.
Schedule wise we should be loaded by the end of January and begin work on the test server by mid-February.
