All consortium libraries should have received the following attachments regarding cataloging.   Before adding a record make sure you look by title and author to make sure there is not already a record for that item.  If you feel you need a separate record because of publication dates, CD, etc., you find an acceptable record or follow the steps in the Cataloging Guidelines.  Title, author & publisher is not an acceptable record.
