This is to certify that through Council action at the December 3, 2015 Pioneer Council meeting, our Pioneer Consortium joint entity agreement has been renewed until January 1, 2017. Renewal of Pioneer Consortium Joint Entity Agreement until January 1, 2017 Extract of minutes Dec 3 2015 This is in accordance with Pioneer Consortium Joint Entity Agreement section 1.6: Duration. The duration of this Agreement shall be from the effective date of this Agreement to January 1, 2016, and be subject to renewal every year thereafter upon the majority vote of the Pioneer Council.
