I have provided an example of a new Payment Receipt Template due to the new fines table structure that was put in place with the 4.18 upgrade. Any Payment Receipt Template created prior to the 4.18 upgrade will no longer work. Also be aware that you must enter something in the “Description” field to be able to “Add” a payment.
